Sales coordinator

Salary range: £30,960 - £38700

 

• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing necessary information.

• Answering customer enquiries over the phone and face to face.

• Processing sales orders and taking payments using the electronic cash register.

• Handling orders and checking the orders have correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.

• Ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

• Checking stock, maintaining supplies, and updating sales and customer records.

• Organizing incoming deliveries and making sure that products are displayed in the correct area of store.

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

• Assisting with general duties necessary to assist the smooth running of the company.
